Lasaretinväylä Art Hall and Residency Programme – development project 2011–2013 is a shared project created by JoJo – Oulu Dance Centre, Oulun taiteilijaseura 63 (Oulu Art Association), Northern Centre of Photography, and PROTO – the Designers’ Association of Northern Finland. The object of the project is to clarify the conditions for operations of an art hall and a residency programme, and to create a structure for those operations.

Lasaretinväylä Art Hall and Residency Programme – development project is supported by the Council of Oulu Region and the city of Oulu. Project funding is administrated ny Northern Photographic Centre.
